Permanent Magnetic Chuck
- Permanent magnetic chucks are built with powerful magnets, so as to be used effectively and safely in heavy-load applications. The magnetic chuck is applied to holding work piece of magnet material to be grounded on surface of grinding machine, universal tool grinder and electrical process machine etc. Magnetic chucks are also used as line-drawing tools of bench work for scraping and grinding. Using these chucks to fix work pieces to the machining table or surface saves time over mechanical fastening or clamping. Our designs will provide maximum holding power of these chucks. Electromagnetic Chuck
- The electric magnetic chuck (electromagnetic chuck) is a new type magnetic chuck using electric pulse for "switch On and switch Off" holding force. It results in an endless permanent magnetic force, so it’s safe and reliable for the magnetic chuck to hold work pieces. The "On/Off" switching can be done within one second, which will ensure little electric pules power consumption and non-heat-deformation of the chuck. These magnetic chucks have no sliding parts as ordinary permanent chuck, which results in a stable, firm and high-precision structure.
