Magnetic Chute looks like a feed pipe with a magnetic plate on one or both sides by hinges and latches. This is designed for installation in angled line or slant line. Simply remove part of chute and replacing with magnetic chute. For separation of all dry powder or granular materials, the chute separator is a nice choice since there isn’t any impediment inside the housing.

Magnetic Chute is usually suitable for removal Medium to fine contaminants. When product come into the chute, it stream down to the plate magnet. The iron contaminants attracted by the magnetic field flux while products pass directly. |

Another design of magnetic chute is for vertical line, something like Hump magnet which requires sufficient height to install. However, This magnet separator is ideal option when allowable mount space is very limited. Deep reach magnet is applied to remove medium to large contaminants, such as nuts, bolts, nails which will damage the following equipment seriously. So it is usually installed at the fore-end of production process, such as material inlet position. Two powerful plates fixed on the opposite sides of housing to capture contaminants out of the passing products. An angle baffle placed in the center of inlet to compel products toward two opposite plates. |

How to do cleaning?
In order to ensure perfect performance, it has to check periodically. Once it need to be cleaned, release latch and do the wiping. Use extreme caution and wear gloves during the process.How to select our products?
